80% of AMI Resident Qualifications:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $56,640 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $64,720 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $72,800 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $80,880 annually

120% of AMI Resident Qualifications:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $84,960 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $97,080 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $109,200 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $121,320 annually

140% of AMI Resident Qualifications:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $99,120 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $113,260 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $127,400 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $141,540 annually

How to Pre-Qualify:

To begin the application process and secure a spot on the resident waitlist, please present the following documents:

  • Completed application for every household member 18 years of age or older.
  • Income verification items (listed below)
  • Additional documents may be required depending on each applicant’s individual income and assets.

What Do I Need To Qualify

Through the essential housing program, we provide quality income-restricted workforce housing in Houston. To begin the application, we ask that you present the following documents:

  • Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older.
  • Income Verification items:
    • Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
    • Bank Statements for the most recent month
    • Tax returns for the most two recent tax years
    • Other potential income- SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
  • Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
Disclosure of Rental Requirements & Housing Choice Voucher Acceptance We accept applicants for residents participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program subject to their meeting all the other rental criteria for the property. Annual income recertifications and documentation related thereto will be required of all residents residing in these lower income units.
